Networking - Meet on a one-time basis with a student pursuing a career in your occupation and provide insight to the skills and education required. Mentoring - Communicate with a student on a one-to-one basis or by email, offering useful information and practical experience to those interested in a similar career. Presentations - Speak before students in a school classroom setting on issues relevant to your own career experiences. Internships - Provide students with the experience and skills necessary to transition from student to employee. Business Advisory Committee - Utilize your expertise in maintaining program effectiveness, offer guidance and advice, and make recommendations for future activities.
