Over the years technology has become a tool and resource for people with disabilities.  There are so many helpful tools and programs out there that it seems strange that one tool that employers are using can actually cause a great deal of problems for applicants with disabilities.  This problem is the online application.  Some of these applications can take up to an hour to complete and they are very difficult for those who have learning disabilities.

Fortunately we are able to provide a training that helps individuals navigate through this process with a little more ease.  We were able to partner with the Department of Rehabilitation recently to provide this much needed training to many of their Job Placement Circle clients.  We hope that this training will provide them the extra needed tools to be able to succeed when using online applications.
