John Cavano, MOT, OTR/L, ATP - Manager, Assistive Technology and Training Services John has a B.A. in English from U.C. Davis, a Master of Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt College, and certification as an Assistive Technology Practitioner from the Rehabilitation Engineering Society of North America (RESNA).

John's background is in helping students learn word processing, spreadsheets and voice recognition software. He began with TransAccess in 1999 as a Computer Access Technology Specialist and then began managing the Access Technology Van, which brings assistive technology evaluations and trainings into the homes and workplace of people with disabilities.
