Neal M. Williams joined the TransAccess Board in 1995. Neal holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and Stanford University, respectively, and a degree in law from the University of Santa Clara. He currently practices corporate law in Palo Alto. Prior to his career in corporate law, he held various positions in marketing management, research and product planning for several electronics companies.

Neal has also served as a consultant to the Government of the United Kingdom, Department of Industry, Information and Technology Division. His business experience also includes working as a securities analyst with a Wall Street brokerage firm and as an operations analyst with Electronic Data Systems.

Neal served for many years as a member of the board of directors, and as president, of the Rubicon Childrens’ Center of Fremont, California.
