Pat Waite - Board President

Pat Waite joined the TransAccess board of directors in 2006. Pat is a Retired Corporate Executive and Community Volunteer. Pat obtained a B.S. in Economics from Northern Illinois University, and an M.B.A. from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. His career encompassed finance positions at a variety of Silicon Valley high technology companies, including Memorex Corporation, Tandem Computers and Lam Research. He last served as Vice President, Finance at Seagate Technology, retiring from the disk drive maker in 2004.

Pat shares his financial and management experience with a variety of community organizations. In addition to TransAccess, he serves on the board of directors of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, the board of regents of Archbishop Mitty High School, and the board of directors of The Catholic Foundation of Santa Clara County. Pat also chairs the Atkinson Advisory Board at Willamette University, and the board of directors of Going Evergreen, a local “clean tech” initiative.

Pat is a 2006 graduate of the Community Leadership San Jose/Silicon Valley program.
