Priscilla Azcueta joined the TransAccess Board in 2003. Priscilla began her career with Manpower in 1978. She worked her way up through the organization, as a staffing specialist, branch manager, director of sales and service operations, director of on-site programs, director of professional services, director of business solutions and regional director. She managed to acquire in-depth knowledge of business processes at every level. In 1994, Azcueta was promoted to Director of San Jose’s Professional Services Group, where she was responsible for Manpower’s bio-technical, professional/technical, information technology, and health care divisions. Today, her primary focus is maintaining and building business and relationships with clients, the community, and businesses with the San Jose Metro area for Manpower Staffing.
Priscilla was promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Solutions in July of 2001. In her new role with Manpower, she has responsibility for sales, marketing, proposals, operations, and customer satisfaction in the San Jose franchise territory. In 2007, she took on responsibility for Manpower Professional at which time; there were more than 500 consultants on assignment through the franchise territory. At the end of 2009, she transitioned from Manpower Professional to Manpower Staffing where she became responsible as the regional director for the San Jose Metro territory during the corporate acquisition. Her region includes over site of the largest on-site and managed service clients and the employment of more than 1,000 associates on assignment every week.
Ms. Azcueta has been involved with major implementation programs at Manpower, including the inception of on-site programs at many high-tech companies throughout the Bay Area. She has been responsible for the development and delivery of managed service programs for software testing teams, call center operations, production and manufacturing programs, and programs built around management of contingent workforce. She has a strong passion for building customer relationships and creating long-lasting partnerships.
